Industry Panel Reflection

In the industry panel, I had a conversation with Lauren Phillips and Jason perelson. In the conversation, they seemed to be more imaginative and creative. Lauren Phillips wanted to work for what he believed. Because being non-profit means she has to use all kinds of skills and learn a lot of new ones. The chance to do something amazing on a small budget also proved to be fantastic for her career. Because she works as a public welfare organization, she has been able to organize activities with the prime minister, launch mental health tools with Prince Harry, and launch a national day event called "thank you first responder day" - things that she did not have the opportunity to do in the business world in such an organized way of marketing and communication. I have learned from her that I have a vision to take a job seriously. Jason personality is a very hard-working person. When he was the event coordinator of a company a few years ago, he wanted to hold a large-scale concert with a very successful style. Then we arranged a national operation, opening performance, running sports, posters, all the logistics work, unfortunately no one came. He found many problems in his evaluation and self-review. In the end, he made incredible efforts to generate more sales and revenue to make up for the loss. Learning a lesson is an important condition for growth in work. It's better to examine yourself every time you make a plan or decision. In the conversation, I asked what percentage of traditional and online media they think is in current marketing? Will the proportion of new media be higher after covid-19? For Jason perelson, because he is a creative design related job, asked whether the core of the idea is the consumer or the product itself? In their answers to my questions, I extracted a lot of valuable information. Advertising is also an art. Creativity is a way to find a smart, effective, fascinating and interesting way to connect consumers with products by finding the needs of consumers and the best way to achieve this demand. It's a personal connection that can answer the work to be done. Creativity enables us to create something fascinating, interesting, memorable, emotional, resonant or intelligent, and connect them together to change behavior. This is one of the most influential ways in which societies are interconnected. Good advertising is exactly the same as a stunning movie or book, a wonderful story that attracts the audience - the only difference between advertising and advertising is that its goal is to change an act. The emergence of new media makes advertising more competitive to get a breakthrough - the price of advertising on Facebook rose the first time it was locked. Streaming platforms like Netflix have also changed the way digital marketing is received. From the perspective of marketing and communication, it makes the brand really think about how to connect with the audience, and connect and value-added in a variety of ways (social, current-day communication, website, advertising, etc.).
